“Attitude is a small thing that makes a big difference” ~ Winston Churchill! # I am strong, fit, healthy and happy. I have been leaner, but I’ve also been larger. There are far too many ‘perfect’ photos of people and I work hard to try to not measure my success by looking at anyone else. That can be tricky, especially in my industry and extra especially on the gram!! Remember this though: that there are far too many individual variables that it’s just not physically & mentally possible to compare yourself to someone else 💁♀️. And that’s a very very good thing! Instead - focus on being the best version of yourself - whatever that means in the moment - for YOU and not for anybody else ✌️
Find what you love and don’t stop, never stop! I won’t say that I ‘love’ this bike necessarily....but I do LOVE how it makes me feel after I’ve killed it in class!! Just one thing we get up to in our classes @gymclasslondon but there’s so much more. I’m teaching City tomorrow morning and Saturday morning... so get booked & get down here!! 💪
Just smashed my Monday workout 💪 - did the 8.15am class after teaching my 2 regular early Monday classes @gymclasslondon - as you can see from my face it was killer! Felt so so good to get my heart rate up and lift some heavy weights to kick start the week. # I’m loving the energy at the moment from everyone in class - no one is slowing down for Christmas! # I’m back teaching Holland Park tomorrow night and City Weds morning. Come and get an endorphin HIGH 💪
My healthy version of a Sunday Roast 🍗👌🏻 Looking forward to a week of training hard & eating well...around a couple of Christmas events! # Remember that exercise is not a punishment for what you eat - it makes you feel amazing - so even more of a reason not to miss a sesh at this time of year!

Powering into the weekend!! # I’ve had a bit of a weird week - I slept funny on Monday night and woke up with my neck in agony and it still hasn’t gone away despite soft tissue massage and cryotherapy. It’s all helped but I’m still in pain 😫 so I haven’t trained as hard as usual! I’m off to Cape Town for Christmas ☀️ so I planned a mini cut the 4 weeks leading up - so I’m behind on that 🤷♀️. Why am I telling you this? Well - just that things don’t always go to plan do they - however big or small! Sometimes we can’t help the things that happen to us - but we DO have the power to choose how we react to these things. You are in the driving seat! #pma 💪
Chicken & Quinoa stir fry 🥢 A tasty/warming/quick to make dish - perfect for evenings where you get in late & have to then get up early the next morning (me tonight! ) # 1 x chicken breast Half x courgette Half x pepper 2 x spring onions 125g x quinoa (already cooked ) 25g x feta + side of greens - any # Fry it up, add a little salt, some chilli flakes, a squeeze of lemon maybe & then top with the feta. Sunday Planning 📝 Just went through my diary for the coming week & scheduled in all my workouts as appointments with myself. I do this every week as a priority - it’s as important to me as my actual work. I know when I’m going, what I’m doing & how it fits into my day. Plus it’s added motivation as I’m now excited about my training! Sounds a bit smug I know 😏....BUT the other thing I know is if you don’t plan like this you’re way more likely not to get it done as life can get in the way. Commit & then DO IT!! # If you’re planning YOUR week then plan to come to one of my classes @gymclasslondon Tomorrow HP: 6am/7am Tuesday HP: 6.30pm/7.30pm Weds City: 6.30am/7.30am Big 4 week push now til that thing that’s happening!!
HELLO FRIIIDAY! I’ve had an awesome week training all my amazing clients - 1-1 & in class @gymclasslondon - there’s a massive energy surge going on right now in everyone’s efforts and I’m bouncing off it all! Extra carbs for me in my protein shake today because I trained legs 😁💪 If you’re training and breaking down muscle tissue for whatever goal - yes you need to eat protein but you also need to eat carbohydrate! There’s such an emphasis on protein that carbs sometimes get forgotten or swerved. Protein will rebuild the actual muscle fibers but when you also eat carbohydrate - insulin is released which literally shuttles the protein straight to the damaged muscles for repair 👍🏻 Carbs will also replenish the glucose (energy ) in your muscles ready for next time 😏 So don’t skip the banana in your post workout shake as the two work very well together to aid recovery. # How much carb you need to eat in a day to fuel your body will depend on your daily activity level & how your body responds. I eat more now I’m a trainer and on my feet all day than when I had my City desk job. Message/email me for more info on any nutrition bits you’ve been wondering about!
Happy Hump Day Y’all! # *Watch videos you might like* - why thank you Instagram - cue lots of close ups of butts being squeezed HARD in squats 😂 Whilst I love training glutes & think it’s very important....some of the soft porn that appears on my screen every Wednesday makes me LOL! Does anyone else not train their 🍑 on a Wednesday...?! 🤣
💪 Pull Your Weight! 💪 Pull ups are one of my most favourite exercises eveeerr! Massive compound move strengthening & toning arms/shoulders/back/core. They also raise your heart rate & kick your butt & make you feel bad ass 💁♀️ If you want to learn how to do them then come to @gymclasslondon - we use bands to assist you in the beginning to help build strength - moving to lighter & lighter bands until yes you’re on your own! Boom! # Pull ups feature a lot in my upper & abs classes Tuesdays 6.30pm & 7.30pm Holland Park and my supercore classes Wednesday’s 6.30am & 7.30am City. Don’t be intimidated by them - attack them head on and maybe even surprise yourself!

Lunging into the weekend like 😁😂🙃🎉 I’ve been keeping a low profile for 3 weeks working consistently on my training & nutrition - no fad diets, no starvation, no rocket science - just discipline & I’m already v.close on my goal of 18% body fat from 21% (just under 19% ). This is just a benchmark I use but it’s nothing to obsess about...I’m feeling energetic & healthy which is the main thing! # Can’t wait for this weekend - I’m teaching @gymclasslondon Holland Park at 10.30am/12pm tomorrow (who is coming?? ) before catching up with loads of my oldest & best friends woohoo!! Then chilling Sunday 😴 What are you up to??
