You know that feeling that you get sometimes that something might go wrong? Well I got that right before we left UT to come back home to Boise. I had Carston check the spare tire just in case we needed to use it thinking we might have to change it on out trip. Well, not exactly. We turned into a gas station half way to fill up and our battery light turned on. Turns out we had a bad battery and a busted alternator. Good news, my sister-in-law's brother lives in Twin Falls so I knew we had a place to stay if we had to. Carston changed the battery and we bought an alternator and by a miracle the guy at ORileys knew a mobile mechanic. We called him and he had just gotten off work and is able to change it out for us for a steal of a deal, it's a holiday and almost 10 pm and he was a literal God send. We are sitting in the car while Carston learns how to switch out an alternator and Jack is snoring away in his car seat. In church yesterday the teacher asked "How do you wake up each morning and know everything is going to be ok?" Well everything isn't always ok. But we just have to trust in God and know that no matter what bumps are in our path, they are there so we can learn from them. Today I learned that God does love and care about me and I am not in control but He is. I am so grateful that He put people on our path that knew how to solve the problem when we couldn't on our own.
